Learning Outcomes

At the end of the workshop you will have begun the process of bringing a greater sense of balance into your life by identifying the aspects which need to be enhanced and those that need to be minimised. You will gain an understanding of Goal Setting and its use as a tool for streamlining your life.

You will also be introduced to some Holistic Therapies which can support the process of change.
