At the end of the workshop you will have begun the process of identifying the changes you need and want to make in your life. You will have strategies for dealing with the fear of making those changes and a plan for making them.

  • To provide participants with the opportunity to identify what needs to change and the strategies for making changes, leaving their frustrations behind them.
  • To provide participants with the skills to plan for the changes they choose to make in their lives.
